Agar aap dosa ke fan hain, toh yeh kuttu ka dosa zaroor try karein! Crisp aur tasty, yeh dosa vrat ke liye perfect hai.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour)
- 1/2 cup boiled aloo (mashed)
- Sendha namak (rock salt) swad anusar
- 1/2 tsp kali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
- 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
- 1 tsp adrak (ginger), finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- Water (as needed to make batter)
- Ghee ya oil for cooking
Instructions:
- Ek mixing bowl mein kuttu ka atta, mashed aloo, sendha namak, kali mirch powder, jeera, adrak aur green chilli ko mila lein.
- Paani thoda-thoda daal kar ek smooth batter tayar karein (jaise normal dosa ka batter hota hai).
- Tawa garam karein aur thoda sa ghee ya oil daalein.
- Ek ladle se batter ko tawa par daalein aur halka patla spread karein, bilkul dosa ki tarah.
- Dosa ko dono taraf se crisp hone tak pakayein.
- Garma-garam dosa ko mint aur coconut chutney ke saath serve karein.
