Kuttu Ki Puri

Crispy, tasty aur vrat-friendly, yeh puriyan aloo rasedar ke saath sabse best lagti hain!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour)
  • 1/2 cup boiled aloo (mashed)
  • Sendha namak (rock salt) swad anusar
  • 1 tsp kali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
  • Water (for kneading)
  • Oil or ghee for deep frying

Instructions:

  1. Ek bowl mein kuttu ka atta, mashed aloo, sendha namak aur kali mirch powder daalein.
  2. Thoda paani daal kar ek stiff dough banayein (jaise normal puri ka hota hai).
  3. Dough ko 10-15 minute ke liye rest karne dein.
  4. Ab dough ke chhote chhote balls banayein aur unhe puri ke shape mein roll karein.
  5. Kadai mein oil garam karein aur puriyan fry karein till they turn golden brown and crispy.
  6. Garma-garam kuttu ki puri ko aloo rasedar aur dahi ke saath serve karein.
