Crispy, tasty aur vrat-friendly, yeh puriyan aloo rasedar ke saath sabse best lagti hain!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour)
- 1/2 cup boiled aloo (mashed)
- Sendha namak (rock salt) swad anusar
- 1 tsp kali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
- Water (for kneading)
- Oil or ghee for deep frying
Instructions:
- Ek bowl mein kuttu ka atta, mashed aloo, sendha namak aur kali mirch powder daalein.
- Thoda paani daal kar ek stiff dough banayein (jaise normal puri ka hota hai).
- Dough ko 10-15 minute ke liye rest karne dein.
- Ab dough ke chhote chhote balls banayein aur unhe puri ke shape mein roll karein.
- Kadai mein oil garam karein aur puriyan fry karein till they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Garma-garam kuttu ki puri ko aloo rasedar aur dahi ke saath serve karein.
