Kuttu Paratha

Kuttu ka paratha singhara atta aur arbi ke saath milakar bana hota hai. Crisp aur flavourful, yeh vrat ke liye ek perfect dish hai.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour)
  • 1/2 cup singhara ka atta (water chestnut flour)
  • 1/4 cup boiled arbi (mashed)
  • Sendha namak (rock salt) swad anusar
  • 1 tsp kali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
  • Ghee ya oil for cooking
  • Paani (for kneading)

Instructions:

  1. Ek bowl mein kuttu ka atta, singhara ka atta, mashed arbi, sendha namak aur kali mirch powder ko achhe se mila lein.
  2. Thoda-thoda paani daalte hue dough bana lein. Dough ko 10 minute ke liye rest karne dein.
  3. Dough ke chhote balls banayein aur inhe paratha ke shape mein roll karein.
  4. Tawa garam karein aur paratha ko dono taraf se ghee laga kar golden brown hone tak sekhein.
  5. Kuttu ka paratha garma-garam dahi aur sabzi ke saath serve karein.
